WILLIAMSBURG, VA. - The Tribe led at the first break, but could not hold on as William & Mary fell to Johns Hopkins 151-111 Saturday afternoon at the Bee McLeod Rec Center.

The Tribe men took a first place finish in the 200 medley relay as
Conor Sokolowsky,
Kyle Demers,
John O'Hara, and
Kent Codding finished with a time of 1:32.59.

Eugino Massari took the bronze medal in the 200 free before
Micah Lowe and Sokolowsky took first and third respectively in the 100 back.

Brock Rempe took second in the 100 breast stroke just .20 seconds ahead of Demers before Fields turned in the fastest time in the 200 fly with a 1:52.31 mark.

Tribe freshmen
Alex Valliere and
Logan McDonald turned in first and third place times in the 50 free to give the team a 66-65 lead heading into the opening break.

After the break, O'Hara took second in 200 free and
Diego Cruzado captured fourth place. Lowe, Sokolowsky, and
Bryce Rouzie gave the Green and Gold important points finishing second, third, and fourth in the 200 back.

Demers finished third in the 200 breast stroke with a time of 2:09.79 less than a second off the first place finisher. Freshman
Will Glass turned in a third place time of 4:46.00 in the 500 free.

Ashton Temme and McDonald would finish second and third in the 100 fly while
Kent Codding and Fields tied for fourth. Sokolowsky had a strong finish in the 200 IM for a second place time of 1:58.17.

Valliere, McDonald, Codding, and O'Hara capped off the meet with a second place finish in the 200 free relay.

The Tribe will have two opportunities for wins next weekend as the team takes a trip to Maryland for a pair of meets. William & Mary will visit Loyola Maryland Friday evening before taking on Towson at noon on Saturday.
