The William and Mary women's track and field team wrapped up an impressive week of action Saturday, braving the sudden shift in weather to claim the win at CNU and achieve several impressive performances at Princeton.  The Tribe was the winner, 241-10, over a small Longwood squad in Newport News.

In Princeton, the notables included sophomore Ashley Woodards (Franklinville, N.J.), who improved her lifetime-best in the 400m hurdles by nearly 1.5 seconds.  She cleared the course in 1:04.38 seconds, good for eighth overall in the meet and 10th all-time at W&M.  Classmate Claire Tito (Richmond, Va.) also ran a personal-best, crossing the line in the 400m dash at 57.23 seconds.  Tito improved to a tie for ninth all-time in school history outdoors, and lowered her lifetime-best by .01 seconds.

Other athletes running personal-bests in New Jersey included freshmen Molly Applegate (Toms River, N.J.) and Rachel Rabbitt (Yorktown, Va.), both in the 3,000m.  Applegate improved her lifetime-best by four seconds with her third-place 10:12.86, while Rabbitt dropped 15 seconds off of her pace to take fifth in 10:15.83.  Sophomore Leanna Eisenman (Front Royal, Va.) was eighth in the race, stopping the clock in 10:28.77.  In the 1,500m, junior Heather Clagett (Norfolk, Va.) earned en eighth-place finish in 4:42.35, improving her lifetime-best by two seconds.  Rounding out the top performances was the 4x400m relay, which took sixth in 3:53.80.  The team including Shelby Feliciano (Winchester, Va.), Woodards, Tito, and Maggie Gutierrez (Purcellville, Va.).

At CNU, top performers included freshman Savanna Craib (Boxborough, Mass.), who cleared a personal-best height of 1.60m (5-3) to take second in the high jump.  Craib's leap lifted her into a tie for 16th all-time at W&M in the event.  Classmate Meredith Meyer (Titusville, N.J.) cleared the bar at 1.50m (4-11), tying for third overall.  In the discus, sophomores Katie Johnston (Haddonfield, N.J.) and Rochelle Evans (Christiansburg, Va.) went 1-2, throwing 39.59m (129-11) and 39.55m (129-9), respectively.  Also in the field events, freshman Susannah Philbrick (Salem, Ore.) was second in the long jump, soaring a distance of 5.03m (16-6).

In the running events, top finishers included another 1-2 sweep in the 3,000m.  Sophomore Becca Eudailey (Quinton, Va.) was the winning in 10:25.25, and freshman Carolyn Cunniffe (Chesapeake, Va.) was right behind her in 10:32.84.  The 4x100m relay of Breanna Brukalo (Staten Island, N.Y.), Erika Garrison (Roanoke, Va.), Brittany Biagi (Mullica Hill, N.J.), and Laura Klosterman (New Market, Md.) combined to take second in 50.29 seconds, and Klosterman added another fifth-place finish of her own in the 200m dash at 26.35 seconds.  Other top-five finishers included rookie Kate Vannoy (Reston, Va.), fifth in the 800m, as well as McCall Ledgett (Carlisle, Pa.) and Sarah Garratt (Bluffton, S.C.), who took fourth and fifth in the 1,500m, respectively.
