Indoor: Opened the year with an indoor-best 1:02.51 in the 400m dash at CNU ... Ran the event three more times.
Outdoor: Ran a lifetime-best 1:03.70 in the 400m hurdles to finish fourth at the CAA Championships ... Won the same event at the Tribe Invitational to start the year.

2012-13
Indoor: Went 1:22.03 in the 500m dash at Liberty ... Best of 27.84 for 200m came CNU ... Ran 1:02.74 in the 400m in January ... Ran on the DMR at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: Scored at the CAA Championships ... Finished seventh in the 400m hurdles for two team points ... Ran a career-best 1:04.30 in the prelims ... Also ran the 100m hurdles, finishing 16th, and as part of the 4x100m relay ... Won the 400m hurdles at the New Captains Classic in late April, her first career victory ... Ran on the 4x400m relay three times ... Part of the SMR team at Colonial Relays.

2011-12
Indoor: Ran 10.01 in the 60m hurdles at CNU in January ... Also ran the open 400m as part of training for the hurdles outdoors.
Outdoor: Improved throughout the season in the 400m hurdles ... Just missed advancing to the finals at the CAA Championships, taking 10th in 1:05.60 ... Fourth in the event at the Tribe Invitational ... Sixth in the hurdles at the New Captain's Classic.

Prep: Qualified to the New Jersey Meet of Champions eight times, three indoors and five outdoors ... Reached the Group III state championships 12 times, five indoors and seven outdoors ... Named the All-South Jersey Group III Multi-Event Performer of the Year as a junior ... Named to the all-county track team eight times ... Holds eight school records, and is ranked fourth or better in three more events ... National Honor Society ... Member of the Student Council.
