Chris Arias Turns in Strong Effort at Penn Relays Saturday

PHILADELPHIA, PA. -The William & Mary men's track & field team concluded the Penn Relays Saturday afternoon.

In the field event, redshirt freshman Chris Arias placed third overall in the javelin with a mark of 64.94 meters.

Rounding it out for the Tribe in the 4xmile relay team of juniors Jacob Jones, Andrew Lagattuta, Evan Goodell and sophomore Tyler Lipps finished 14th with a combined time of 16:50.78. Their performance now ranks ninth in program history.
 
NEXT UP: The Tribe will continue competition tomorrow May 1st, at the Virginia Grand Prix in Charlottesville, Va.
