2022-23 Season 
Selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction... Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Indoor Track & Field: Won bronze at the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (02/22/23) as part of the distance medley relay team that ran a 10:13.78. 
Outdoor Track & Field: Ran in the 1,500m at the IC4A Championship (05/13/23)…  Finished eighth in the 1,500m at the Colonial Relays (03/31/23) with a time of 3:50.98. 

2021-22 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Cross Country: Notched an 8^th-place showing at the CAA Championship (10/30/21) with a time of 25:28.10… Finished top-100 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (11/12/21)… Posted a top-45 performance at the Virginia XC 23 Invitational (10/15/23)… Suited up for the Tribe at the Paul Short Run (10/01/21)… Recorded a top-40 showing at the Virginia Invitational (09/17/21) with a time of 26:18.9… Got the season started with a 6^th place run at the William & Mary Invitational (09/11/21), crossing the finish line in 19:45.69. 
Indoor Track & Field: Was second with a time of 2:26.91 in the 1,000m a the Navy Select (02/18/22)… Was third in the 3,000m run at the Liberty Open (02/05/22). 
Outdoor Track & Field: Captured second in the 1,500m at the CAA Championships (05/07/22) with a time of 3:50.21… Was part of the 4xMile relay team which finished in 16:50.78, the ninth-best time in Tribe history, at the Penn Relays (04/30/22)… Posted a PR in the 1,500m at the Virginia Challenge (04/22/22). 

2020-21 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Cross Country:  Finished 33rd at the CAA Championship (03/05/21) with a time of 26:40.8… Took 79^th at the Spider/Patriot Winter XC Classic (02/20/21). 

2019-20
Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran twice unattached ... Took seventh overall at the home meet ... Also finished 21st overall at the Spider Alumni Open ... Named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll in the fall.
Indoor: Named All-East as part of W&M's fifth-place DMR at the IC4A Championships ... Ran the 800m leg in both prelims and finals ... Also ran the 800m leg at George Mason in late January ... Ran on the 4x400m twice ... Individually, recorded a pair of fifth-place finishes in three total attempts ... Ran the 1,000m in 2:30.30 at VMI in mid-February ... The following week, ran the mile in 4:17.51 at Navy.
Outdoor Track & Field: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.

Prep
Finished 11th at the New Jersey Meet of Champions 1,600m in 2019 ... 10-time league champion in track & field ... Earned first-team all-county honors in the 1,600m as a senior ... First-team all-county in cross country as a well in 2017 ... Holds Glen Rock's school records in cross country, the 1,600m, and the 3,200m ... Earned Scholar-Athlete of the Month and Math Scholar of the Month awards at Glen Rock.
