WILLIAMSBURG, Va. -The William & Mary men's track & field team wrapped up day two of the Virginia Challenge with top finishes and three personal best Friday evenings.
Red-shirt freshman
Chris Arias set a big personal record in the javelin at 68.35m finishing fifth overall. He now stands as the third-best performer in W&M history in the event.
In the 1500-meter juniors,
Andrew Lagattuta and
Jacob Jones recorded personal best. Lagattuta finished first for the Tribe at 3:49.68 while Jones finished just behind at 3:50.04.
The Virginia Challenge continues Saturday, with events beginning at 12:00 p.m.
