WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Red-shirt sophomore
Daniel Layton highlighted the Tribe in the Dan Stimson Memorial Meet on, Saturday.
Layton placed first overall in the high jump at 1.62 meters and finished first in the 110 hurdles at a time of 15.26.
- In the 1500 meters sophomore, Jacob Jones won the event with a time of 3:52.16. Senior Spencer Tsai finished in second at 3:55.02, while sophomore Andrew Lagattuta placed third overall at 3:56.36.
- Senior Alex Loukili finished first overall in the 800 meters at 1:56.13, while freshman Owen Lipps placed second at 1:57.43.
- Rounding it out for the Tribe sophomore Jackson Cooley finished third in the 200 meters at 22.83.
NEXT UP: The Tribe will be back home in Williamsburg Va., as it hosts the Colonial Relays Thursday - Saturday, April 1-3.
