2022-23 Season
Selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team... Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence.
Indoor Track & Field: Ran a PR 6.88 in the 60m prelims at the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (02/22/22).. Placed fourth in the 60m at the Darius Dixon Memorial (02/11/23)… Posted back-to-back then-PRs in the 60m at the Darius Dixon Memorial (02/10/23) and Doc Hale VT Meet (02/04/23). 
Outdoor Track & Field: Set a pair of William & Mary and High Point University’s Meet of Champions (04/15/23) in the 100m (10.49) and 200m (21.12)… Ran a 10.73 in the 100m final at the IC4A Championship (05/14/23).. His 21.61 in the 200m at the CAA Championships (05/06/23) was the tenth-best time in Tribe history… Broke program 100m record at the Colonial Relays (03/31/23)… Ran the sixth fastest 100m time in W&M history, 10.61, at the Virginia High Performance Meet (04/30/23)… Opened the season with a first-place finish in the 100m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (03/17/23). 

2021-22 Season  
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Indoor Track & Field: Named to the VaSID Second-Team… Was part of the distance medley relay that ran a 9:56.33 to finish third at the IC4A Championships (03/06/22)… Finished first in the 60m as the Navy Select (02/18/22) with a PR of 7.03. 
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished fifth in the 100m at the CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship (05/07/22)… Was part of the 4x100 relay team that finished second at the CAA Outdoor Championships (05/07/22) with a time of 43.24…
Also ran with the 4x400 team that finished in third, 3:23.96 at the CAA Championships… Finished top-10 in the 800m at the IC4A Championships (05/14/22). 

2020-21 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction. 

Prep
Earned all-state honors in the long jump ... Swept the long jump and triple jump titles at the regional and district championships ... Also finished second in the 55m dash in both the district and the region ... As a junior, won the 100m and took second in the 200m at the district meet outdoors ... Finished third in the 100m and fourth in the 200m at the regional championships ... Earned All-Academic honors each of the last three years ... VP of the DECA team ... Member of the FBLA ... Member of the National Honor Society.
