2022-23 Season 
Selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Indoor Track & Field: Won gold in the heptathlon at the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (02/23/23) with 4,831 points… Broke his own heptathlon 60m hurdles record in 8.35 at the championship… Ran the second-fastest 60m hurdles time in Tribe history, 8.20, at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (02/03/23)… Set the school record in the heptathlon with 4,967 points at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (01/20/23)… Broke his own heptathlon 60m hurdles record at the Invitational with a time of 8.42… Topped the W&M 60m hurdles record twice at the Navy Invitational (12/03/22) with times of 8.18 and 8.17. 
Outdoor Track & Field: Captured his second straight gold in the decathlon at the CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (05/06/23)… Became the first W&M athlete to repeat as decathlon winner since 2003-2004…. His 6,640 points in the decathlon were a personal best and the best for any Tribe athlete since 1997… Set the William & Mary record in the decathlon 110m hurdles, 14.75… Ran a 54.02 in the 400m hurdles at the Wake Forest Invitational (04/21/23), moving into No. 9 on the all-time performers list… Finished second in the decathlon with 5,950 points at the Duke Invitational (04/08/23)… Was part of the 4x200 relay team, which ran a 1:31.56 at the Colonial Relays (04/01/23), the ninth-fastest in W&M history… Ran a 14.71 in the 100m hurdles at the Dan Stimson Memorial (03/25/23), top-5 on the event’s all-time performers list. 

2021-22 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction... Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Indoor Track & Field: Was second in the 60m hurdles in 8.54 at the Navy Select (02/18/22)… Took third in the 60m hurdles at the Navy Invitational (12/04/21). 
Outdoor Track & Field: Captured gold in the decathlon at the CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (05/07/22) with 6,065 points… Finished first in the high jump at 1.62 and first in the 100m hurdles in 15.26 at the Dan Stimson Memorial (03/26/22)… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Opened the season at the Fred Hardy Invitational (03/18/22) with a first-place time of 57.06 in the 400m hurdles.

2019-20 SEason 
Indoor Track & Field: Named All-East after finishing fifth in the heptathlon at the IC4A Championships ... Improved from ninth at the end of the first day to finish fifth overall with top-three finishes in each of the second day events ... Broke W&M's multi-hurdles record for the second time with a performance of 8.69 seconds in the 60m hurdles ... Had previously set the record with his 8.77 at George Mason in late January ... Total score of 4,733 points at the IC4A Championships also broke the W&M freshman record that had stood since December of 2006 ... Broke the overall freshman record in the 60m hurdles three times over the course of the season ... First record came in the season opener, 8.51 at Navy in December ... At Penn State in early February, lowered that to 8.44 ... Matched that performance the following week at VMI ... Ran on W&M's three fastest 4x400m relays on the season, including the IC4A prelims ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Outdoor Track & Field: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Prep
Runner-up at the New Balance Indoor Nationals in the Emerging Elite Pole Vault ... State champion in Pennsylvania in the 110m hurdles in 2019 ... Finished sixth at the Pennsylvania State Indoor Championships in the 60m hurdles as a senior ... Runner-up in the state pole vault outdoors as a junior ... Won the league title in the 110m hurdles and finished second in the pole vault as a senior outdoors ... AP Scholar ... Earned highest honors every year ... Also a four-year starter on the varsity soccer team, and ran on the cross country team ... Officer of the Ski Club each of his last three years ... Member of the National Honor Society ... Stage Tech Crew and a member of the Drama Club ... Member of the Yearbook Staff ... Member of the Student Council.
