Scouting the Tribe Men:

Sprint Freestyle: Graham Hertweck has been the Tribe's strongest sprinter all season, recording a career-best 20:33 time in the 50 free at the WVU Invitational this fall. The time is the fourth-best among all CAA swimmers this season. Hertweck also has the Tribe's best 100 free time, clocking in at 45.51, seventh-best in the league. Teammate John O'Hara also has a top-20 time with a 46.16 mark.

Distance Freestyle: Owen Miller put in the best time for the Tribe in the 500 swimming to a 4:41.34 time at the WVU Invitational. Miller also has the team's best effort in the 1,650 with a 17:03.31 time at the CAA Pod Meet this past fall, good for third at the meet.

Backstroke: The Tribe's Micah Lowe (49.96) and Aaron Tingley (50.37) both put together top-eight times in the CAA this season in the 100 back at the WVU Invitational, and Jack Galbraith finished 16th in the league with a 50.66 time in the event. In the 200, Lowe's 1:49.21 was good for fourth in the conference, while Tingley and Connor Sokolowsky also had top-20 finishes.

Breaststroke: Cole Younger and John O'Hara were separated by just 29-tenths of a second for the top time on the team in the 100 breaststroke. Younger's 2:02.77 in the 200 was sixth best in the CAA this year, while Noah Spain had the 16th-best time at 2:07.20. Kyle Demers won the event in a dual meet at Davidson this season and missed the WVU Invitational this fall.

Butterfly: Gavin Lamoureux, O'Hara, and Hertweck all finished with top-10 times in the league in the 100 fly this season with Lamoureux's 49.41 time good for sixth overall. Galbraith and Kent Codding also finished in the top-20 in the CAA. In the 200, Noah Fields had the Tribe's best time at 1:50.21 at the WVU Invitational, good for fifth in the league.

IM: Cole Younger, Connor Sokolowsky, and Colby Mills all finished with top-17 times in the 200 individual medley this season and will look to earn points for the Tribe this weekend. In the 400, Sokolowsky put in a top-10 time finishing with a 4:04.52 mark at the WVU Invitational.

Scouting the Tribe Women:

Sprint Freestyle: Missy Cundiff's 21.98 time in the 50 free this past November set a new CAA record in the event and qualified the senior for Nationals as the 12th-fastest time in the nation. Anna Kenna's time at the WVU Invitational ranked her seventh in the league in the event. In the 100, Cundiff ranks third just 19-tenths of a second off the top mark. Katie Stevenson has been the fifth fastest in the 100 with a best of 50.69 time. In the 200 free, Elizabeth Intihar and Stevenson rank first and fourth overall in the CAA.

Distance Freestyle: Intihar will look to defend her title in the 500 free after winning the event last season. Intihar's 4:47.76 was the best among all CAA swimmers this season and was faster than her CAA-winning time last spring. Intihar has the fourth-best time in the 1,650 marathon race, while Grace Tramack also ranks among the league's top-20.

Backstroke: Anna Kenna hopes to repeat as champion in the 100 back, and the senior has already bested last year's gold medal winning time with a 54.37 this fall. Kat Vanbourgondien and Alexis Bonfield will also be factors ranking fifth and seventh respectively in the 100. Kenna has the sixth fastest time in the 200 this season, but is just a half second away from the top of the league, while Bonfield and Ellie Henry also rank in the top-15.

Breaststroke: Last season Annie Tuttle swept both breaststroke events and the Tribe would love to see the junior have a repeat performance. Tuttle has the top times in both the 100 and 200, with the latter being good for a NCAA B qualifying time. Ellie Scherer and Brooke Lamoureux both have top-10 times in the 100 breast, while Sherer's 2:19.60 is good for fourth in the CAA in the 200.

Butterfly: Cundiff was the fastest member of the Tribe in the 100 fly this season, and the fourth fastest in the CAA with a 54.61 time at the WVU Invitational. Maura Graff ranks 16th in the 100, while Grace Tramack, Julie Anderson, and Graff all rank in the top-20 in the 200.

IM: Tuttle, Scherer, and Bonfield all have a chance to earn important points for the Tribe in the 200 IM, entering the meet ranked seventh, eighth, and 11th in the event respectively. In the 400, Intihar and Tramack have both posted top-15 times.

In addition to the individual races, the Tribe women will look to defend their titles in the 200 and 800 freestyle relay and the 200 and 400 medley relay races.
