Morgantown, WV. - For the third consecutive day
Sophia Heilen shattered a William & Mary freshman record as the phenom swam a 1:57.03 in the 200 fly on the final day of the West Virginia Invitational.

200 Backstroke
Alexis Bonfield dropped over eight seconds from her entry time in Saturday's opening event for a 2:04.47 mark.
Kat Vanbourgondien swam a 2:04.81, while
Sarah Rice dropped 3.85 and
Kim Jogis dropped nearly five seconds to finish in the top-20.
Bryce Rouzie knocked 4.37 for a time of 1:49.31 time, while
Cole Younger 1:50.51 time to finish seventh, knocking 7.41 off his time.
Conor Sokolowsky nearly five seconds off his entry mark and
Micah Lowe swam a 1:52.09 to finish 14th.
Aaron Tingley knocked off over nine seconds to swim a 1:52.27 and Codding swam a 1:52.50 to finish in 17th.Â

FINALS
Vanbourgondien dropped almost two seconds for a 2:03.04 mark in the final and
Sarah Rice also placed in the top-20 with a time of 2:04.12. On the men's side, Younger placed eight and Sokolowsky was ninth with career times.
Kent Codding shaded 1.13 off his previous time while Lowe and and Tingley were also in the top-20.

100 Free
Katie Stevenson swam a personal best 49.42 time to pace all swimmers in the prelims, and
Sydney Querner dropped nearly two seconds with a time of 51.95 mark.
Anderson Broughton finished 25th in the men's 100 free with a time of 46.47 and
Eugenio Massari dropped over a second off his time with a 46.75 mark.Â

FINALS
Stevenson took the top time in the 100 free swimming 49.49 as Burgeson placed 14th with a 51.56. On the men's end, Broughton was good for a 46.60 time, and Massari swam a 46.88.

200 Breaststroke
Annie Tuttle dropped nearly five seconds for a 2:17.90 mark while Linsay Juhlin slashed over 10 seconds off her time for a 2:20.94 time.
Brooke Lamoureux's time of 2:23.31 was 14th best in the prelims and
Natalia Rongione swam a 2:26.61 for 20th place.
Kyle Demers swam a 2:05.17 to finish fourth in the preliminary round while
Brock Rempe finished eight with a 2:07.83 and
Noah Spain was top-10 dropping over seven seconds off of his time.Â

FINALS
In the final, Tuttle swam a 2:16.89 and Scherer went two seconds under her time for a 2:17.90 mark.
Peyton Proffitt and was 15th with a 2:22.03 mark. Demers also broke his own record with a 2:03.05 time while, Rempe was over a second faster than his prelim with a 2:06.66 mark.Â

Sophia Heilen bested the William & Mary freshman record by nearly a full second with a prelim time of 2:00.19 to pace all swimmers. Fellow Freshman
Lauren Klinefelter was just behind with a time of 2:01.15, while
Maura Graff and
Grace Tramack had 11.16 and 4.95 time drops respectively to finish top-10.
Noah Fields' time of 1:50.13 was nearly two seconds better than his entry mark and placed him second among all men while
Colby Mills sliced 6.21 seconds off his time for a 1:56.67 mark.Â

Heilen went even lower in her second swim of the day with a record 1:57.03 time to finish first while Klinefelter went for fifth. Graff and Langenburg finished 14th and 15th respectively.Â
