FAIRFAX, Va. - The William & Mary men's track & field team placed third in the 4x400 meter relay at the Patriot Games Saturday evening. Overall the Green and Gold placed in the top 10 in nine events.

Cole Harris made his collegiate debut tying for fourth at 1.84m.
Long Jump
Sophomore
Harrison Duncan led the Tribe in long jump placing third at 6.66m a new personal best, while
Daniel Layton finished in 16th place with 5.95m.
Shot Put
Over in shot put sophomore
Daniel Layton just finished shy of the top 10 in 11th place with 11.58m.
Pole Vault
Rounding it out for the Tribe in pole vault freshmen
J.P. Mintz made the top 10 placing 10th with 4.21m.
Running Events
Distance Medley
Making their mark in the running event harriers
Tyler Lipps,

Jacob Jones, and
Sam Pritchard finished third overall at 10:13.68 in the relay.
Men 60 Meter Hurdles
Representing as the only tribe member in the competition sophomore
Daniel Layton placed third at 8.41 in the 60-meter hurdles.
1 Mile Run
Freshmen
Luke Ellwood looked to make his collegiate placing fifth overall at 4:18.38.
800 Meter Run
W&M had all three harriers place in the top 15 sophomore
Tyler Lipps placed 8th at 1:58:34,
Sam Pritchard finished 12th at 1:59.99, while senior
Spencer Tsai placed 14th at 2:00.09.
200 Meter Dash
Freshmen
Russ Burns placed in the top 10 in 8th place with 23.60.
4x400 Meter Relay
Rounding it out for the Green & Gold junior
