2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Indoor Track & Field: Placed sixth in the heptathlon at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) with 4,409 points, the 40th-best mark in the Southeast Region.
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished third in the discus throw at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) at 32.85m (107' 9") … Ran a leg on the 4x200m relay team that finished seventh at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 1:31.02, the 10th-fastest time in program history … Set a personal best of 50.29 in the 400m at the Duke Twilight (5/4/25) … Placed seventh in the decathlon at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25) with 5,512 points.

2023-24 Season 
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished fifth in the decathlon at the 2024 CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (March 11-12).
Indoor Track & Field: Finished eighth in the heptathlon at the 2024 CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 22-23).

2022-23 Season 
Outdoor Track & Field: Was part of the 4x200 relay team, which ran a 1:31.56 at the Colonial Relays (04/01/23), the ninth-fastest in W&M history… Finished top-10 in the high jump at the Colonial Relays (03/31/23).
Indoor Track & Field: Finished fourth in the heptathlon at the 2023 CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
 
2021-22 Season
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished second in the decathlon with 4,874 points at the New Captains Classic (04/09/22) … Finished fourth in the decathlon at the 2022 CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Indoor Track & Field: Made his collegiate debut in the high jump, tying for fourth, at the Patriot Games (01/29/22).

Prep
Led high school to the All-State Team Championship and D1 State Team Championship in 2021 … Was the D1 State Pentathlon Runner-up in 2021 … Won the Dual County League Pentathlon in 2021 … Helped Acton-Boxborough to the Dual County League Championship in outdoor all four years of high school (2018-21) and three years in indoor (2019, 2020 and 2021) … Posted a high school career best of 3,144 points in the Pentathlon … A member of the Student Mentor Program … Received the community service bronze presidential Award.
