WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - The William & Mary women's tennis team posted its fourth nationally-ranked win of the year, dispatching of No. 57 Harvard, 5-2, on Saturday at the McCormack-Nagelsen Tennis Center. The No. 41-ranked Tribe (7-4) captured the doubles point for the fifth time in the last seven matches and then won four singles tilts, including each of the top three spots. Freshman
Lauren Goodman highlighted the Green and Gold victory picking up the first nationally-ranked singles win of her career at No. 3.

Julia Casselbury and sophomore
Cecily Wuenscher improved to a perfect 3-0 with a victory at No. 3 doubles to give W&M the early edge in pairs play. The Green and Gold tandem dropped just one game in a 6-1 triumph over Isabel Jasper and Nikki Kallenberg. The Tribe's top duo of senior
Elizaveta Nemchinov and junior
Marie Faure clinched the initial point of the match, downing Annika Ringblom and Sabrina Xiong, 6-4. They improved to 4-3 on the year with their second win at No. 1.

Nemchinov quickly pushed the Tribe leads to 2-0 as she dropped just two games in dominating win at No. 1. The Tribe senior improved to 6-3 at the top spot with a convincing, 6-2, 6-0, victory over June Lee. Nemchinov upped her team-leading singles ledger to 12-5.

After Harvard (5-5) recorded its first point with a victory at No. 4, Goodman and sophomore
Olivia Thaler put the finishing touches on a Tribe win with straight-set victories at No. 3 and No. 6. Goodman upset No. 111-ranked Erica Oosterhout, 6-4, 7-5, for her second-straight win at No. 3. The Tribe rookie ran her mark to 9-5 with the victory.

Thaler continued her strong play at the No. 6 spot, winning the clincher. He upended Amy He, 6-4, 7-6 (1), for her seventh win of the year. He entered Saturday on an eight-match winning streak and with a Harvard-best 15-3 singles ledger. Thaler improved to 4-2 in dual-match play at No. 6.

Faure rounded out the Tribe victory, taking home a three-setter at No. 2. The Tribe junior won the opening set from Kallenberg, 6-2, before her Crimson counterpart took the second, 6-4. In the decisive third set, Faure came away victorious, 6-3, to improve to 7-4 on the year.

The Tribe returns to action when it hosts in-state foe Liberty on Sunday. The match is slated for a 1:30 p.m. start time at the McCormack-Nagelsen Tennis Center.
