Complete ResultsIn addition to the victories, the Tribe had three outstanding performances on a time basis. Junior
Megan Howard (McLean, Va.) swam the 50 free in 23.75, tying the pool record originally set by W&M's
Katie Radloff '10. In the 100 back, freshman
Sophie Rittenhouse (London, England) timed 58.11 seconds to rank as the 13th-fastest swimmer in school history. The 200 medley relay of Rittenhouse,
Courtney Mizerak (Manassas, Va.), Howard, and
Jaimie Miller (Houston, Texas) also swam the 13th-fastest performance ever, touching the wall in 1:45.90 to defeat Georgetown and finish second to Towson.
Howard led the team with three individual wins, two of them coming in her record-setting 50 free, and the third in the 100 fly over Georgetown in 57.50. She also swam on both of the Tribe's winning relays against the Hoyas, teaming up with Miller,
Jen Bentley (Jamestown, N.Y.) and
Jessie Ustjanauskas (West Hartford, Conn.) to win the 400 free relay in 3:31.71 in addition to her spot on the 200 medley relay. Three swimmers each won a pair of individual races, led by junior
Liz Glenn's (Greenwood Village, Colo.) sweep of the 200 back in 2:04.36. After her turn on the 200 medley, Mizerak won both the 100 breast, in 1:08.20, and the 200 IM in 2:13.18, both against the Hoyas.
Also winning a pair against Georgetown was sophomore
Hannah Vester (Cincinnati, Ohio). She touched the wall first in 10:38.20, and then came back in the 500 free to win in 5:12.88. Rittenhouse's outstanding time in the 100 back gave her victory over Georgetown, and individual victories also went to the three other relay winners against the Hoyas. Miller took the 100 free in 53.04 seconds, while Bentley was the winner in the 200 free with a time of 1:55.51. Ustjanauskas proved best in the 200 fly in 2:07.57, and freshman
