Katie Radloff '10 Elected to the W&M Hall of Fame

Katie Radloff graduated as the most decorated female swimmer in William & Mary history and as the only Tribe swimmer to qualify for the NCAA championships all four years on campus.

Radloff will be formally inducted, along side the five other former student-athletes and the 2009 Men's Cross Country Team on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024.  More details and registration information will follow.

She graduated with school records in the 50m, 100m and 200m events as well as two different relays (400m and 800m). Her times in the 50m and 100m still sit in second place, while her 200m time is currently third. Radloff won a school record 11 CAA Individual championships and was part of two additional championship relay teams. Her 13 total CAA Championships is also the tops in program history.

Radloff still holds the school's freshman record in both the 100m and 200m free, as well as the 100m free long course mark.

As a freshman (2007), she was named CAA Swimmer of the Year, becoming the first Tribe swimmer since 1983 to qualify for the NCAA Championships in the 50m, 100m, and 200m free. As a sophomore (2008), Radloff was named CAA Swimmer of the Year for the second year in a row and was the first William and Mary swimmer to compete in the Olympic Trials. As a junior, Radloff won six gold medals at the CAA Championships (50 free, 100 free, 200 free, 200 free relay, 400 free relay, and 800 free relay) along with a silver medal in the 400-medley relay. Radloff's performance in her seven events lifted the Tribe's women's team to a second-place performance at the meet and qualified Radloff for the NCAA Championships in the 50, 100, and 200 freestyle events for the third consecutive year.  In her senior season, she defended her CAA championships in both the 100m and 200m, making her a four-time champion in both events.

She was named as a CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major First-Team All-American for times (2007 through 2010).

Radloff competed in both the 50m and 100m Free at the 2008 US Olympic Trials.
