JACKSONVILLE, Fl. – Chris Arias wrapped up action for the William & Mary men's outdoor track & field team at Wednesday's NCAA East First Round. Held at the University of North Florida, Arias competed in the javelin throw against some of the top athletes in the nation.
 
Throwing in the first flight, with nearly 50 total athletes participating, Arias posted a mark of 61.36m (201-4) on his third attempt to finish 39th overall. It was the third straight year he's earned a spot in the NCAA prelims.
