RALEIGH, N.C. – A quick trip for a long race in North Carolina proved well worth it as
Arianna DeBoer ran a 34:33.26 in the 10,000m at Thursday's Raleigh Relays. The time moved her to No. 6 on William & Mary's all-time performers list in the event.
Fresh off the announcement that she had been named All-CAA for her performance at the conference's indoor championship earlier in the day, DeBoer was the lone member of the Tribe's women's track & field squad to compete at N.C. State. Running at the Paul Derr T&F Facility, the sophomore clinched fifth place in a field of 55-plus and posted some of her fastest splits as the race went on. In fact, over the final 400m, she ran a 1:16.42.
