ANCHORAGE, Alaska – The William & Mary women's gymnastics team posted its best score of the season en route to earning a 190.475-190.300 victory at Alaska on Friday evening.
In addition to recording a season-high overall total, W&M also registered its top marks of the year on bars (47.425) and beam (47.575), while it defeated the Seawolves on vault and bars.
Caroline Blatchford and
Michelle Ngo highlighted the Tribe's individual performances by winning event titles. Blatchford won beam by equaling a career high (9.750), while Ngo tallied a career-best 9.800 on floor.
Also posting top-three finishes on vault were
Hannah Burke (9.525) and
Grace Costello (9.525), while
Sarah Kuper (9.700) and
Ascha Laird (9.700) did so on bars.
