WEST CHESTER, Pa. – The William & Mary women's gymnastics team earned its best score of the season on beam and freshman
Sarah Wozniak won a share of the bars title, but the Tribe fell at West Chester, 193.575-189.750, in a dual meet on Saturday afternoon.
Wozniak highlighted the Tribe's individual performances by tying for first on bars with a career-high 9.775.
Event Highlights
Vault, 47.575 –
Caroline Blatchford led W&M on vault with a 9.650, while
Emma Wiley contributed to the team's score with a season-high 9.550.
Bars, 46.900 – Wozniak claimed a share of the bars title with a career-best 9.775, while
Sarah Kuper placed third with a 9.725.
Beam, 48.100 – Led by Kuper's third-place effort (9.725, career high), W&M recorded its best team score of the season on beam.
Chloe Campbell also came up big by matching her career high with a 9.700.
Floor, 47.175 –
Keaghan Schafer nearly equaled her career high on floor with a 9.750 and placed third, while Campbell just missed out on a top-three finish with a 9.700.
All-Around – Kuper was W&M's lone all-arounder and placed second with a career-high 38.375.
