Why did you choose W&M?
I chose W&M because of its excellent academic and athletic achievements and unique history. When I had my visit on campus I knew that I was not only joining a team of 30 amazing females, I was becoming a part of the Tribe family for life. 
 
First soccer memory?
My first Tribe soccer memory was winning both our games, including a win over Boston College, in the tournament at JMU.  Mariana Hershner

Beating JMU 4-3 in the CAA Quarterfinals my freshman year (2017)
 
What is the best class you have taken at W&M?
Sustainability Inspired Innovation and Design or Drug Use (freshman seminar) 
 
If you could play another sport at W&M what would it be and why?
Basketball because it is my favorite sport to watch!
 
Do you have any pregame rituals or superstitions?
No, but the rest of my team does 
 
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully running a nonprofit in another country 
 
What is one thing you can't leave your house without?
A piece of cheese

Why did you choose W&M?

 I initially attended the University of Florida but transferred to W&M in the spring of 2017 to be a part of a more cohesive and family oriented team. I was able to be challenged academically and athletically while making the best memories with my teammates. 

 

First soccer memory?

First Tribe soccer memory was my first practices in the spring with the team I lost both of my big toenails and couldn't practice for a weekLauren Kelly 5 With the Tribe

Matoaka Amphitheater and James Blair Building 

 

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

Steak and cheese fries

Bakery or Restaurant Owner

Really good at staring contests

 "Survivor"

 "The Lion King" 

 

Who is your favorite professional athlete?

Ryan Kerrigan 

 

Who is someone inspires you and why?

My older brother, Colin, who graduated from William & Mary in 2017. He is now an Army Ranger and my hero and I am beyond grateful for his service every day. 

 

What are your plans for the future?

Attending the School of Education to get my Masters in Secondary Social Studies while playing my fifth year of eligibility 

 

What is your favorite Tribe soccer memory?

 Scoring my first career goal against FDU and seeing all my teammates reactions 

 

What is the best class you have taken at W&M?

American History since 1877 with Professor Jay Watkins III 

 

If you could play another sport at W&M what would it be and why?

Volleyball

 

What is your favorite book?

"The DaVinci Code"

 

Do you have any pregame rituals or superstitions?

Always have to put my soccer gear on in a certain order and have the same game day hair 

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Teaching high school history while living on a ranch and owning a bunch of horses 

 

What is one thing you can't leave your house without?

Headphones

The people. Also, green and yellow (gold) are my favorite colors.

First soccer memory? 
Playing on a co-ed team with shin guards that were the size of my entire leg Colleen Norton 5 With the Tribe

Megan Rapinoe

Who is someone inspires you and why? 
Ruth Bader Ginsberg because she is a kick ass lawyer and female justice that fights for women's rights and a bunch of other amazing causes.

What are your plans for the future? 
Law school- who knows where

What is your favorite Tribe soccer memory? 
Watching Erin Dailey score in her first career game freshmen year

What is the best class you have taken at W&M? 
Environmental Ethics

If you could play another sport at W&M what would it be and why? 
Field Hockey because they're team is really good and it seems like it requires a similar type of physical fitness as soccer!

What is your favorite book? 
"The Lorax"

Do you have any pregame rituals or superstitions? 
I drink coffee before every game, even if it is at 7 PM!

What is one thing you can't leave your house without?
