RICHMOND, Va.— The Coastal Athletic Association announced its women's soccer postseason awards on Wednesday afternoon with William & Mary having five different players garnering seven total honors.

The Tribe's Ellie Leffler was voted the conference's Rookie of the Year by the CAA's head coaches. She was also joined on the CAA All-Rookie team by classmates Mia Abbey and Gwen Doughty.

W&M also landed a trio of players to the Third Team All-CAA, with Abbey being joined by senior Ivey Crain and junior Molly Widderich on the list of honorees.

Leffler has come on strong during conference play for the Tribe leading to her selection as the CAA's top freshman. The Mohnton, Pa. native has three goals, all during conference play, while adding a key assist in the draw at Virginia Tech to total seven points during the 2025 regular season.

She also netted the game-winning goal against Monmouth on Oct. 19 to clinch the Tribe's berth into the postseason.

Abbey earned both All-Rookie and an All-CAA Third Team selection thanks to her five points on the season. The native of Elmer, N.J. tallied her first career goal in the season finale against Hampton on Sunday and picked up two of her three assists on the year during conference play. W&M has won every match in which Abbey recorded a point this season.

For the fourth straight season Crain finds herself as the Tribe's leading scorer with six goals and one assist for 13 points. This is the fourth straight year that the Milton, Ga. native has found herself as an All-CAA honoree, being a first team selection in 2022 and on the second team in 2023 and 2024.

Widderich has been a key member of the Tribe's backline from the second she stepped on campus in Williamsburg with her junior season being no different. She has started all 17 games in 2025 adding two assists in a career-high 1,505 minutes. Widderich has only spent a total of 25 minutes on the sidelines this season.

Doughty earned the goalkeeper nod on the All-Rookie team after a fantastic freshman regular season. Following in her mother and sister's footsteps as a soccer player at W&M, the Woodbridge, Va. native has made 16 starts in 2025 and was the goalie of record in all seven of the Tribe's wins. She has five clean sheets on the year with a 1.17 goals against average.

The Tribe will begin its postseason push tomorrow against Elon at Martin Family Stadium in the CAA first round. Kick is set for 7 p.m. on FloCollege.
