TULSA, Okla. – William & Mary women's tennis junior
Natalia Perry enjoyed a successful start at 2019 Saint Francis Health System ITA All-American Championships with a qualifying-draw, straight-sets victory on Monday.
After notching a tiebreaker win, 7-6 (2), in the opening set, Perry rolled to a 6-2 second-set triumph to take down Tulsa's Marina Davtyan in the first round of the qualifying draw. It marked Perry's 60th career victory and her third straight this season.
Perry is just one win away from qualifying for the 64-player main singles draw. She takes on LSU's Paris Corley in the second round on Tuesday.
