CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Freshman
Elisa Van Meeteren highlighted the William & Mary women's tennis effort on the final of the UVA Fab 5 Invitational on Sunday.
Van Meeteren picked up her second win in as many days, blanking Virginia Tech's Lily Hackbirth, 6-0, 6-0. The Tribe freshman finished the event at 2-2 and is tied for the team lead with five fall singles wins.

Raffaela Alhach each won their opening sets against Hokies opponents. Madson claimed the first set with Tech's Shene Disbergen, 6-2, but the Hokie senior won the final two sets, 6-3, 6-4, to post the win.
Alhach took the first set from Nika Kozar, who played at the No. 2 spot for Virginia Tech last season, by a 6-4 scoreline. Kozar responded to win the match with 6-4, 6-2 wins in the final two sets.
