Eight to Join Tribe Field Hockey This Fall

William and Mary head field hockey coach Tess Ellis announced the addition of eight incoming freshmen to the Tribe roster today.  The octet will begin play at Busch Field this fall, and include three prep All-Americans as well as a number of state champions and State Players of the Year.

“This incoming class has everyone talking,” said Ellis. “What an amazing group of individuals.  They are bringing with them a depth of hockey we have not seen in an incoming class for quite a number of years.  The talent is spread all across the field.  This group of athletes has already brought with them an excitement for the future of Tribe field hockey.  With their big personalities and talent, I'm looking forward to an exciting and competitive preseason.”
