Williamsburg - Sophomore forward
Andrew Hoxie (Newport News, Va.) earned USL Premier Development League's Team of the Week honors for the 14th and final week of the league's regular season. Hoxie led the Williamsburg Legacy to a 6-2 victory over the Richmond Kickers Future, which clinched the wild card spot for the Eastern Conference playoffs.
The 6-4, 188-pound forward scored a pair of goals and assisted on a third in the win over Richmond. He scored the eventual game-winner in the 51st minute before assisting on the team's fourth goal in the 59th. Hoxie finished the regular season third on the Legacy in points (7) and second in assists (3). His goals were the first of the season as he played in 11 games with seven starts.
The Legacy claimed the lone wild card spot in the Eastern Conference with 28 points and an 8-4-4 record. They outdistanced Ottawa and Ocean City, both with 24 points, for the final playoff berth.

Clayton Voss, will take part in the Eastern Conference playoffs, July 28-29, at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex. The Legacy will battle the New England Division Champion and undefeated Cap Cod Crusaders (14-0-2) on Friday, July 28, at 5:30 p.m., in one conference semifinal. The Northeastern Division Champion Westchester Flames (10-5-1) will take on the Mid-Atlantic Division Champion Virginia Beach Submariners (10-5-1) in the other semifinal at 8 p.m. The winners will meet for the Eastern Conference Championship and a spot in the PDL semifinals at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 29.
