WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — William & Mary men's soccer head coach Chris Norris announced the addition of Chandril Banerjee, Kai Feng and Zander Kosmas to the Tribe's 2026 roster on Monday.

Banerjee joins the Tribe as an incoming freshman, while Feng arrives as a transfer from VCU and Kosmas transfers to Williamsburg following one season at Stetson.

"We are excited to announce these three additions to our 2026 team," Norris said. "Chandril, Kai and Zander bring a wealth of experience and quality. They also address specific positional needs in the group. Most importantly, all three will contribute positively to our culture."

Banerjee, a native of Saratoga, Calif., arrives at William & Mary from the FC Bay Area Surf program. He also spent time competing in the academy systems of both the San Jose Earthquakes and Columbus Crew. A versatile attacking player, Banerjee primarily features on the wing but can play across the front line. He brings strong 1-v-1 ability, pace and creativity to the Tribe attack.

"Chandril arrives from the FC Bay Area Surf program," Norris said. "He also competed for both the Columbus Crew and San Jose Quakes academies. Chandril is a dynamic attacking player. He features most often as a winger but can play anywhere in the front four. Chandril has excellent 1v1 attacking ability and good speed. These abilities, along with a high soccer IQ enable him to consistently contribute goals and assists. Chandril brings some exciting qualities to our wide attacking areas."

Feng joins the Tribe after spending the last three seasons at VCU. During his time with the Rams, he appeared in 30 matches and scored two goals, including a pair of tallies during the 2025 campaign. A technical and creative attacker, Feng primarily plays as an attacking midfielder or winger and brings valuable collegiate experience to the Tribe lineup.

"Kai joins us after gaining three years of experience at VCU," Norris said. "Kai is a very technical, tricky attacking player. He plays primarily as an attacking center midfielder and winger. Kai is creative and imaginative in attacking moments. He is capable of unlocking defenses and contributing goals and assists. With Kai's quality, experience and fit in terms of need, we expect him to have an immediate impact."

Kosmas becomes a member of the Tribe after one season at Stetson. The sophomore goalkeeper adds depth and experience to William & Mary's goalkeeping unit and will compete immediately for playing time.

"Zander becomes a member of the Tribe after spending a year at Stetson University," Norris said. "Zander possesses a very complete skillset as a goalkeeper. He is a good shot-stopper, has good feet, makes good choices, and has a positive presence. Zander also exhibits a strong mentality, enabling consistency across performances. He will immediately strengthen our goalkeeping corps."

The Tribe will announce additional information regarding the 2026 season, including schedule and ticket details, at a later date.
