CARY, N.C. — Several former members of the William & Mary men's soccer program are set to compete in TST 2026, the world's premier 7v7 soccer festival, which begins Wednesday in Cary, N.C.

Former Tribe standouts Ricardo Acosta, Marcel Berry, Phil Breno, John Eskay, William Eskay and Zachary Hosseinian will compete for Ambush Stars in the men's tournament, while Danilo Nikcevic will play for Piece of Cake FC. William Eskay will also compete for Solo FC in the mixed tournament.

TST returns to Cary from May 27-June 1 and features men's, women's and mixed divisions competing for three separate $1 million winner-take-all prizes. The event includes clubs and players from around the world and features more than 160 matches across six days.

The men's tournament includes 48 teams divided into 12 groups of four teams, followed by a 32-team knockout stage. The women's tournament features 16 teams and an eight-team knockout round, while the mixed division includes 12 teams with men's and women's squads alternating throughout matches.

Ambush Stars will compete in Men's Group K, Piece of Cake FC is part of Men's Group B and Solo FC will play in Mixed Group A.

Berry enjoyed one of the most decorated careers in program history from 2015-18, earning four All-CAA Second Team honors and claiming CAA Rookie of the Year accolades in 2015. William Eskay was a three-time All-CAA selection and earned All-Midwest Region honors during his Tribe career from 2014-17.

Breno totaled 117 saves and 22 victories during his two seasons in goal with the Tribe, while Nikcevic posted five shutouts during the 2022 season, including four consecutive clean sheets in September.

Acosta, John Eskay and Hosseinian also excelled both on the field and in the classroom during their William & Mary careers, earning multiple academic honors and Provost Awards.
