WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — William & Mary men's soccer head coach Chris Norris announced the Tribe's 2026 schedule on Tuesday. The slate features eight regular-season home matches at Martin Family Stadium as the Green and Gold looks to return to the CAA Championship for the first time since 2022.
Norris enters his 23rd season at the helm of the Tribe and will begin the campaign with a trio of exhibitions. William & Mary hosts Georgetown on Aug. 8 before traveling to VCU on Aug. 11 and Loyola Maryland on Aug. 15.
The regular season opens on Aug. 20 when the Tribe welcomes Longwood to Williamsburg. William & Mary is unbeaten in the all-time series against the Lancers, posting a 9-0-2 record.
The Green and Gold remains at home three days later against Radford. The meeting marks the first between the programs since 1999, with the Tribe holding a 2-0-1 advantage in the all-time series.
William & Mary hits the road for the first time on Aug. 27, traveling to George Mason. The teams will meet for the third consecutive season, and the Tribe owns a 26-17-7 edge in the all-time series.
CAA play begins on Aug. 30 at Elon before the Tribe hosts Charleston in its conference home opener on Sept. 5. William & Mary also welcomes Campbell (Sept. 26), Elon (Oct. 3) and UNCW (Oct. 31) to Martin Family Stadium during league play, while making road trips to UNCW (Sept. 12), Charleston (Oct. 17) and Campbell (Oct. 24).
The nonconference schedule includes road matches at UMBC (Sept. 19), Old Dominion (Sept. 22) and American (Sept. 29). The Tribe played UMBC to a 1-1 draw in Williamsburg last season and owns a 4-0-3 all-time record against the Retrievers.
William & Mary travels to American on Sept. 29 after earning a 1-0 victory over the Eagles in 2025. The Tribe holds a 23-10-4 advantage in the all-time series.
Howard visits Williamsburg on Oct. 8 in the first meeting between the programs since 1996. The Tribe owns a 10-7-4 all-time record against the Bison.
The Green and Gold closes its nonconference slate against Navy on Oct. 13. The teams played to a 1-1 draw in Annapolis last season, while William & Mary holds an 8-5-4 advantage in the all-time series.
The regular season concludes on Oct. 31 when the Tribe hosts UNCW. William & Mary earned a 2-0 victory over the Seahawks in 2025 and leads the all-time series, 38-11-7.
The 2026 CAA Championship begins with the quarterfinal round on Nov. 5, followed by the semifinals on Nov. 8 and championship match on Nov. 14.
