Women’s Gymnastics Earns Season-High Score at Temple Quad Meet

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The William & Mary women's gymnastics team posted its best score of the season en route to placing fourth at a quad meet hosted by Temple on Friday evening.
 
Brown and Yale tied for the team title with a 194.025 and were followed by Temple (193.375) and W&M (191.775).
 
In addition to posting its best overall team score during the 2026 campaign, the Tribe also recorded season highs on vault (47.850), bars (47.300) and floor (48.350). W&M earned a 48.275 on beam.
 
Catherine Bare (9.725, season high) and Hannah Burke (9.825, season high) highlighted the Tribe's individual performances by tying for second on bars and floor, respectively. Burke also posted the team's top score on vault with a season-best 9.700.
 
Sophia Summers also came up big on beam with a career-high 9.800 and tied for third in the event.
 
Michelle Ngo and Ashley Ruedy also earned top-10 finishes, as Ngo tied for sixth on bars (9.700, season high) and Ruedy tied for 10th on floor (9.750, career high).

The Tribe will return to action when it competes at a tri-meet hosted by George Washington (with New Hampshire) on Sunday at 1 p.m.
