GREENWOOD, Ind. — Five William & Mary men's soccer players were recognized to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team on Tuesday afternoon.
Diogo Branco,
Evan Rabush,
Webb Kosich,
Sam Delgado, and
Landon Cartwright all earned distinction for their efforts academically and athletically.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's Soccer Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender.
To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. Each institution is limited to five nominees for soccer.
Webb Kosich
Major: Finance
Played in 16 games with nine starts… Scored two goals on the year, including a game-winner against UNCW on Oct. 4… Tallied 15 shots.
Sam Delgado
Major: Finance
Started all 16 games… Led the Tribe with two goals and six points… Also tallied a team-high 32 shots including 17 on net.
Diogo Branco
Major: Finance
Started all 15 games in which he appeared, logging nearly 1,200 minutes… Scored a goal and dished out three assists for five points.
Landon Cartwright
Major: Economics
Played and started in 11 games as a defender… Tallied 662 minutes on the field.
Evan Rabush
Major: Accounting
Led the team with 1,290 minutes played, starting all 16 games… Had two assists on the season.
