WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - William & Mary men's and women's swim teams host their third home meet after a one-week break on Saturday, Nov. 4, as Loyola Maryland travels to Bee McLeod Rec Center to face the Tribe.
The Tribe women look to secure their fourth-consecutive victory as the men's team looks to return to the win column.

Scouting the Tribe Women
The Tribe women are undefeated through their first three meets of the season, earning wins on the road at Johns Hopkins and at home against CAA opponents UNCW and Towson.Â
The women have earned two CAA Swimmer of the Week Honors in
Sophia Heilen on Oct. 17 and
Lauren Tucker on Oct. 24. Last home meet, Tucker earned a pair of wins in the 500 free and 1,000 free, shaving time off both of her CAA-leading times.
Heilen has set four individual pool records on the season, most recently adding a 100 fly time ofÂ

Scouting the Tribe Men
The W&M men look to return to the win column after falling to Towson in a close meet on Saturday, Oct. 21
st. The men's team came down to the final event but fell just short of the win with a final score of 141-121. They earned wins in five events with 22 podium finishes.
Against Towson,
Thor Dyke earned his second win in the 1,000 free in as many meets, clocking in at 9:38.97. The Tribe men's 200 medley relay team of
David Yune,
Brock Rempe,
Gavin Lamoureux and
Aiden Bond earned  a victory as they finished in 1:30.91

Scouting the Greyhounds
Loyola is coming off a winning weekend in the Thomas Murphy Invitational, in which the men's and women's teams each placed first in the meet. Both teams remain undefeated, securing a pair of wins to open their seasons with Patriot League play against Lehigh and Lafayette. Swimming in a tri-meet on Friday, the Greyhounds face American and Colgate on Nov. 3 ahead of their meet with the Tribe.Â
The men secured two lopsided victories with a 252-44 season-opening win over Lehigh and taking down Lafayette, 227-73. With impressive relay runs, the men's teams took wins in all five relays of their weekend and the women's team won three of their five events.Â
The Greyhounds swept the Patriot League Swimmer of the Week awards, as Henry Mueller and Lily Mead took both the male & female honors.Â

Series History
All time, the women are 1-0 against Loyola Maryland, with their first meeting coming last season in a 166-128 victory on the road. The men's team is 3-1 all-time over the Greyhounds, taking the first three meets, beginning in 1996. In the most recent meeting, in 2022, the men fell 219-68 in Baltimore, Md.
