Tim Pemberton '05 announced a five-tournament fall schedule for the Tribe.
"We're excited to get back out on the course this fall," Pemberton said. "We have a challenging schedule ahead, against some competitive fields. We're thankful for the opportunity to compete on several outstanding venues alongside many of the best teams in college golf."
The Tribe kicks off the fall at the VCU Invitational at The Country Club of Virginia's – Tuckahoe Creek Course in Richmond, Sept. 12-13. It marks the second-straight year that W&M has played in the event. In 2021, the Green and Gold finished in third place, setting a school record for lowest 54-hole total at 14-under, 850.
The following week the team heads down to North Carolina for the Davidson River Run Collegiate, Sept. 19-20, at River Run Country Club, the longtime host of the Korn Ferry Tour's Chiquita Classic.
The Tribe opens the month of October with an inaugural trip to the East Carolina Ironwood Collegiate, Oct. 3-4, at Ironwood Golf and Country Club in Greenville, N.C.
W&M heads to a fellow CAA program when it takes part in the Elon Phoenix Invitational, Oct. 10-11, at the Alamance Country Club. It marks the seventh edition of the event and the Green and Gold's first appearance.
In the final event of the fall campaign, the Tribe heads to the Furman Intercollegiate, Oct. 22-23, at the Furman University Golf Course.
