FARMINGTON, Pa. — The William & Mary men's golf team impressed with a fourth place finish in a competitive 16-team field at Nemacolin College Invitational in at Mystic Rock Golf Club in Farmington, Pa., over the last two days.
The Tribe finished the three-round event hosted by West Virginia with a 6-over, 870 (293-293-284) over 54 holes. W&M shined in the final round on Tuesday carding a 4-under, 284, the third best final round score amongst the field.
Seton Hall captured the team title shooting a 1-under, 863 (297-287-279) over 54 holes. Eastern Michigan's Vicente Quiroga took home medalist honors after logging a 5-under (73-75-63) in the Keystone State.

Preston Burton delivered another stellar performance finishing tied for sixth place with a 2-under, 214 (71-74-69) to lead the squad.
Whitty Richardson and
Talon Dingledine both tied for 11
th place after registering a 54-hole score of 1-over, 217, over three rounds of action.
Eli Felty shot 9-over, 227, to tie for 41
st place and Luke Wamet carded a 12-over, 230, to end tied for 58
th place.
In the Shepherd's Rock Individual Tournament,
Grady Williams placed third among individual competitors after posting a 3-over, 219 (73-71-75).

The W&M men's golf team will return to the course on Oct. 19-21 for the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate.
