Ed Teer announced the addition of Wingate transfer
Stefanie Guizar Diaz on Friday morning. Guizar Diaz will have two years of eligibility when competition resumes.
"I'm excited to have Stefanie join our program," Teer said. "Stefanie is a great fit academically and there are indicators that she can contribute to the team's performance. She hits the ball a long way and its clear Stefanie is willing to put in the work to continue her improvement."

2018-19/REDSHIRT FRESHMAN
Saw action in four events during her first competitive season at Wingate … Tied for 21st place in the Sunoco/Campbell Oil Classic with a career-low 232 (+16) …. Shot her career-best, a 72 even-par, at the Rollins Legends Invitational for her best round of the season … Finished 26th at the SAC Championships with a 236 (+20) … Named 18Birdies WGCA All-American Scholar … South Atlantic Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll Student.
