CLEAR BAG POLICY AND METAL DETECTORS
Furthering its commitment to a first class and secure environment at home athletic events, William & Mary will implement the use of walk-through metal detectors at the entrances to athletic venues (both ticketed and non-ticketed events) beginning in the fall of 2025.  This enhanced security method mirrors standard practice at most major professional and intercollegiate athletic events throughout the country and compliments the Clear Bag Policy already in place. Fans will proceed through metal detectors prior to having their tickets scanned or entering a venue for non-tickets events. Entrants will not need to remove items such as belts, cell phones, coins, jackets, jewelry, watches, wallets, shoes or other small objects. If additional screening is necessary, security staff will ask the individual to proceed to a secondary screening area, where they will be asked to divest themselves of certain items and pass through again until clear.

PROMOTIONS
Friday night is Pizza Night for Students. All students can get free pizza while supplies last.

LAST TIME OUT
William & Mary dropped two of three matches at the Erie Insurance Invitational in Harrisonburg, Va. this past weekend, sweeping Delaware State before falling to UTRGV and host James Madison in straight sets.

ALL-TOURNEY HONORS
Audrey Brcka was named to the Erie Insurance Invitational All-Tournament Team, racking up 29 kills, 11 digs, and four blocks over three matches.

BIG BLOCKS
The Tribe continues to rank top-10 nationally in blocks per set, placing seventh with an average of 3.05. Ryann Love comes at 17th in Division I with 1.50 blocks per set, followed by Olivia Esposito at 1.04. W&M's 119.0 total blocks are the most through 11 games of a season since 2005, and the most ever in the current scoring era (2008-present).

SERVES UP
The Green & Gold has racked up 78 service aces, ranking 59th in Division I and second in the CAA. The effort has been balanced with a trio of players — Esposito, Beatriz Silva, and Devereaux Hoxsie — all having 15 aces a piece. Esposito's 0.35 aces per set ranks 35th in the nation.

DEFENSIVE STALWART
Avery Horejsi is averaging 4.26 digs per set, good for fifth in the CAA and 72nd in Division I. On Sep. 13, she racked up a career-high 29 digs against Liberty, and later added 16 more against James Madison on Sep. 21.

STAT NUGGETS
- In Friday's win over Delaware State, the Tribe tallied nine service aces and held Delaware State to none. It marked the first W&M held an opponent without an ace since Sep. 17, 2023 against Charleston.

- The Tribe has a +25 advantage on service aces on the year (78-53).

- The Tribe is the only CAA school with three players that have 15+ aces.

- W&M's .318 hitting percentage against DSU was its highest of the year and the highest overall since the season finale against Hampton in 2024.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Campbell is off to an 8-3 start, having won seven of its last eight contests. The Fighting Camels' three losses are all to major-conference opponents.

Freshman outside hitter Maja Daca is among the nation's leaders in aces per set at 0.76, while also ranking second in the CAA in points per set (4.45). Sophomore middle blocker Hailey Heytvelt has posted a .412 hitting percentage, good for 36th in Division I.
