WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — The William & Mary baseball team will held to Annapolis, Md. for a midweek contest at Navy on Tuesday. The game will get underway at 5 p.m. on ESPN+.

The Tribe is coming off a series win over Campbell which was capped off by a thrilling 15-14 win in 10 innings on Sunday. UTL
Derek Holmes registered the walk-off RBI single as W&M overcame two separate five-run deficits, a three-run deficit, and a two-run hole. W&M tallied 19 hits, the second-most in a game this season, and out-hit Campbell in every game of the series.
ROOKIE HONORS

Jamie Laskofski was named the CAA Rookie of the Week on Monday following a Campbell series that saw him hit .500 (7-for-14) with three doubles, five RBI, and his first career home run. He also added three walks and stole a base. On Saturday, the Burke, Va. native went 3-for-5 including a game-tying homer in the fifth inning as the Tribe overcame a four-run deficit. Then he went 3-for-5 on Sunday, reaching base five times.
This is the second CAA Rookie of the Week award for Laskofski, having been honored previously on March 31. He leads all CAA freshmen in batting average (.336), hits (50), runs (41), and stolen bases (nine).
HITS KEEP COMING

Ben Parker comes in with a 25-game hitting streak. It stands alone as the second-longest hit streak for a Tribe player since at least 2004, surpassed only by Ben Guez' 32-game streak in 2008. Parker leads the CAA in batting average (.406), hits (67), doubles (tied at 15), runs (49), and total bases (109). The grad student ranks 10th in the nation for most hits and is 28th in batting average.
IN MEMORIAM

Lucas Carmichael saw his 23-game hitting streak come to an end on Saturday. It was the third-longest hitting streak in the program since 2004. Over that span, the Chester, Va. native slashed .400/.450/.710 with eight homers and 21 RBI. Fittingly, Carmichael responded in Sunday's win over Campbell going 4-for-5 at the plate with a career-high four runs.

Daniel Lingle ranks second in the nation in pitching appearances with 21, trailing only Reid Easterly of Duke (23). Lingle saw his streak of nine straight scoreless outings come to an end on Sunday, though the sophomore does still have a 3.00 ERA in his last 10 games with a .250 BAA.
BACK TO FORM

Carter Lovasz got a nine-out save to clinch Saturday's victory over Campbell. The senior has allowed one run over his last eight innings, including 12 strikeouts and just two hits.

Owen Wilson had a a career-best 4-for-6 day at the plate on Sunday, adding a double and two RBI. The Charlotte, N.C. product has a modest six-game hitting streak.
CARDIAC TRIBE
W&M has 12 come-from-behind wins this year out of 15 total dubs. The Tribe has won four games in which they trailed by at least four runs, in addition to three walk-off victories.

- Entering Tuesday's contest, W&M leads the CAA in batting average at .316, ranking 19th nationally.
- They also pace the conference in hits (427), on-base percentage (.400), and runs (294), and are second in slugging (.472).
- The Tribe has registered 10+ hits in each of its last four games.
- Parker has a 26-game on-base streak, while OF Christian Rush is right behind him at 25 games.

Navy leads the all-time series 17-7, though the two teams have not met since 1981. The match-up dates back to 1922, with all but one game being played in Annapolis.
