Towson has secured the No. 1 seed in the CAA Tournament and a share of the regular season championship, while the Tribe needs one win in its final two games to lock up a top-four spot and the important double bye.
- As of Feb. 25, W&M ranks 14th nationally in record improvement (nine games) from 2023-24 to this season and sixth in terms of conference record improvement (eight games). The Tribe is one of four teams in the country to win four or fewer league games in 2023-24 and have double-digit conference wins this season.
- With its victory at Elon on Saturday, W&M recorded its 17th victory of the season and 11th in CAA play. It marks just the 15th time in the 119-year history of Tribe basketball that the program won 17 or more games. The win total is tied for12th in school history. W&M's CAA wins mark the seventh time in 40 years of CAA basketball that it won 11 or more league games. The Tribe has won 12 or more CAA games four times.

Gabe Dorsey is scoring at a 17.8 clip over the last six contests. In CAA play, he has upped his average to 14.8 per contest, which ranks 13th in the league. A preseason All-CAA First Team pick, he ranks 32nd in W&M history in scoring (1,127 points) and is just 12 shy of the top 30.
- The Tribe has connected on double-digit 3-pointers in each of the last three games, averaging 12.7 per contest over that stretch. In total, W&M has 17 games with 10 or more 3-pointers this season, and the Green and Gold is 13-4 in those contests. The Tribe's 307 3-pointers on the year rank second in program history and are 30 shy of the top five in CAA history. Nationally, the Tribe is third in % of field goal attempts from 3 (52%), sixth in 3's attempted (30.4), 13th in 3-pointers made (10.6), and 12th in % of scoring from 3 (40%).
- Since returning from a four-game absence due to injury, junior
Chase Lowe has been on a roll. Over the last six games, he is averaging 10.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 4.3 assists per contest. Lowe scored a team-high 15 points and his lay-up with 4.6 seconds left lifted W&M to a 61-60 win over Hofstra on Feb. 13. He ranks ninth in the CAA in assists (3.2) and 20th in rebounding (5.3) this season.
- After a slow start in close games, the Tribe has won its last six decided by six or fewer points, including four in CAA play. Three of those CAA wins have been by a single possession, including a 61-60 win over Hofstra on Feb. 13. W&M lost its first four games decided by a six or fewer points, falling at Winthrop, vs. NC Central, at App State, and at ODU by a combined 11 points.
- W&M has dished out 486 assists in 2024-25, which ranks seventh on the Tribe's single-season list. With 14 more assists, it will mark the sixth time in school history a Tribe team has dished out 500 assists. The Green and Gold ranks 24th nationally in assists at 16.8 per game. W&M is 14th in the country in assist rate, assisting on 62.1% of its made field goals.

Gabe Dorsey is known for his ability to shoot the basketball and over the last four games has hit 20-of-30 from long range. He ranks ninth nationally in total 3-pointers (93) and 11th in 3-pointers made per game (3.21) and 3FG% (44.1). In CAA play, Dorsey leads the league at 46.6% from 3-point range. His 93 3-pointers this season rank fourth in program history and are just 10 away from the CAA's single-season top 10.

Gabe Dorsey moved into second places on the Tribe's career 3-pointers list (282) passing David Schneider '10. He currently ranks 27th among active D1 players in career 3-pointers and is 12 3-pointers shy of the top 10 in CAA history. Dorsey is W&M's career leader in 3's per game (3.24).
- The Tribe has scored 41.5% (941-of-2268) of its points off the bench and is averaging 32.4 points per game, which ranks ninth nationally. W&M relies on its bench for significant minutes as well and ranks 20th nationally in % of minutes played off the bench (40.2%) according to KenPom.com.
- Freshman
Isaiah Mbeng, who is a two-time CAA Rookie of the Week selection, leads the Tribe and ranks among the CAA leaders in assists (seventh at 3.3), assist-to-turnover ratio (fourth at 2.11), and steals (11th at 1.4). He is also one of the top freshmen in the country, coming in fifth nationally among rookies in a/t ratio, 14th in assists, and 17th in steals, as of Feb. 25.
- The Tribe has used a balanced attack this season. In total, 12 different W&M players have scored in double figures in a game, which is the fourth most in the country and most in the CAA. Ten different players are averaging at least five points per game, and eight have led W&M in scoring in a game this season.
- W&M possesses the top offense in the CAA, leading the league in effective field goal % (54.6), 3-pointers made (10.6), assists (16.8), 3-pointers attempted (30.4), and fast-break points (14.9). The Tribe is second in the league in scoring (78.2).
