WILLIAMSBURG, Va.— The William & Mary women's golf team returns to action for the first time in two weeks, teeing it up at the Pirate Intercollegiate.
The 54-hole event will be played on Monday and Tuesday, hosted by ECU at Greenville Country Club.
Last Time Out
The Tribe finished ninth in its last outing at the Elon Invitational two weeks ago. The Tribe's performance was highlighted by a 4-over 288 in the second round of competition thanks to a quartet of 72s. The score was W&M's best round to par in nearly a decade, dating back to October of 2015.
Strong Start for Faith
Faith Garcia has gotten off to a solid start for the Tribe this fall season, being the only member of the team to post a pair of top-20 finishes in the first two events of the season. Garcia posted scores of 75-72-72 to come in a tie for 16
th at Elon.
