Women's Golf to Wrap Fall Season in Asheville

WILLIAMSBURG, Va.—The William & Mary women's golf team will wrap up its fall campaign on Monday and Tuesday, playing in the French Broad Collegiate Invitational hosted by UNC Asheville.
 
The 54-hole event will take place at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove in Asheville, N.C. and consist of 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday.
 
The final round will be streamed on ESPN+ beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
 
Last Time Out
The Tribe finished in 15th place at the Pirate Intercollegiate, hosted by ECU on Oct. 6-7. W&M fired scores of 314-321-308 and was led by Samantha Skinner who was 17-over total for the event, finishing T-67.
 
Trending
The Tribe is trending for great improvement this season compared to 2024-25. W&M currently is averaging 924.00 over 54 holes, which is on pace to be 20 shots better than the team's average from a season ago.
 
All Around Contributions
The Tribe has had some solid all-around contributions this season which are highlighted by quickly glancing at the team stats. W&M has had three different players as its top finisher through its first three events of the year. The Green and Gold also currently have five players averaging between 75.83 and 78.17 this season.
