- Winners in 10 of its last 12 games, the Tribe sits tied for first place in the CAA standings at 7-1 with Towson. Since joining the Southern Conference in 1936, the Tribe has only started league play 8-1 or better one time, going 9-0 to start the 1982-83 ECAC schedule.
- In the Tribe's Gold Rush win over Monmouth, W&M rallied from an 11-point deficit with 13:05 remaining thanks in large part to a 14-0 run. It marked the Tribe's first double-digit comeback under head coach
Brian Earl, and the program's first since 2021 when it overcame a 14-point deficit to top Northeastern at home.
- For the second time this season, freshman
Isaiah Mbeng was named the CAA Rookie of the Week on Monday after averaging 7.3 points, 4.3 assists, and 2.3 steals across three games last week. He joins Delaware's Izaiah Pasha as the only multiple time honorees in the league this season and is the first Tribe freshman since Chase Audige in 2018-19 to earn on multiple honors. Mbeng also took home the award during the first week of CAA play on Jan. 6 as well.
- Mbeng leads the Tribe and ranks among the CAA top 10 in assists (fifth at 3.5), assist-to-turnover ratio (third at 2.47), and steals (eighth at 1.4). He also ranks among the top freshmen nationally in all three categories as well, coming in fourth nationally among rookies in a/t ratio, 11th in assists and 15th in steals.

Gabe Dorsey erupted for a career-high 30 points in the win over Hampton on Jan. 23. He became the 41st player in W&M history to eclipse the 1,000-point mark vs. Monmouth. He has 1,006 points over his three-year Tribe career, averaging 12.7 points across 79 starts. A preseason All-CAA First Team pick, he leads W&M at 12.9 points per game this season, and he has been even better in CAA play, averaging 14.4 per game, which ranks 18th the league.
- In its win over Hampton on Jan. 23, the Tribe scored 94 points which is the most for the program in a CAA game since 2018. W&M leads the CAA and ranks 39th nationally in scoring at 81.5 points per game.
- The Tribe is one of the top assist teams in the country. W&M ranks 15th nationally in assists per game (17.3) and 27th in assist rate, assisting on 60.9% of its made field goals. The Tribe has dished out 20 or more assists on five occasions this season.
- In the latest win over Hampton,
Gabe Dorsey knocked down 7-of-10 from 3. His seven triples rank eighth on the Tribe's single-game list. On the season, he is 17th nationally in total 3-pointers (64), 32nd in 3-pointers made per game (3.0), and 36th in 3FG% (42.1). He is W&M's career leader in 3's per game (3.2), while ranking third in total 3-pointers (253), just 25 shy of second place.
- The Tribe has connected on double-digit 3-pointers in 13 games this season, including nine of the last 12 contests. W&M is 10-3 when it knocks down 10 or more 3-pointers in a game.
- After a slow start in close games, the Tribe has won its last five decided by six or fewer points, including the last time out vs. Monmouth. W&M lost its first four games decided by a six or fewer points, falling at Winthrop, vs. NC Central, at App State, and at ODU by a combined 11 points.

Matteus Case has been a force offensively, averaging 12.3 points per game and 3.2 assists. In CAA play, Case is averaging 10 points per game.
- The Tribe has used a balanced attack this season. In total, 12 different W&M players have scored in double figures in a game, which is the third most in the country. Ten different players are averaging nearly five points per game, and seven have led W&M in scoring in a game this season.
- W&M possesses the top offense in the CAA, leading the league in scoring (81.5), field goal % (46.9). effective field goal % (56.2), 3-pointers made (11.0), assists (17.3), 3-pointers attempted (30.6), and fast-break points (15.1). The Tribe is second in the league in 3-point % (35.9) and assist-to-turnover ratio (1.35).

Brian Earl-coached teams are known among the fastest paced in the country. According to KenPom.com, W&M ranks 20th nationally in adjusted tempo (71.3) and fifth in shortest average possession length (15.0).
- Three-point shooting has been a key piece of Earl's offense, and W&M is one of the top teams in the country from distance this season. W&M ranks third nationally in % of field goal attempts coming from 3 (51.5%), fifth in 3-pointers made per game (11.0), ninth in 3-pointers attempted per game (30.5), 17th in % of scoring from 3-pointers (40.6%), and 83rd in 3-point % (.369).
- Nearly half of W&M's points have come off the bench. The Tribe has scored 43.4% (743-of-1711) of its points off the bench and is averaging 35.4 points per game from its reserves, which ranks eighth nationally. W&M relies on its bench for significant minutes as well and ranks 41st nationally in % of minutes played off the bench (38.3%) according to KenPom.com.
