Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 NORFOLK, Va. – William & Mary sophomore Oliver Hague highlighted the Tribe's effort at the Norfolk Yacht & Country Club Invitational by advancing to the singles quarterfinals over the weekend.
 
Hague opened with a three-set win over Christopher Newport's Ashton Legum, 6-1, 5-7 10-8, on Friday. He followed with a straight-sets win, 6-3, 6-3, over Aristotelis Bezianis of Delaware. His run in the event came to a close in the quarterfinals against Old Dominion's Aryan Saleh.
 
In doubles, Hague and freshman Gur Trakhtenberg posted an opening-round win to advance to the quarterfinals. The duo downed Jakob Nielsen and Roy Stepanov, 8-5, before falling to the ODU pair of Saleh and Jean Karim Olivier De Sardan.
 
Senior Sean Joseph posted a 2-1 record in singles action at the tournament. He notched a 6-0, 6-0 win over William Sharp in the first round on Friday afternoon, before falling to Delaware's Piotr Siekanowicz in the second round. Joseph picked up a three-set win over CNU's Ashton Legum in the consolation round for his second win of the event on Saturday.
 
Trakhtenberg, senior Alexander Karman and junior Albert Hansen each tallied second-round wins on Friday to advance to the round of 16. Trakhtenberg topped Robert Wagner in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3, while Hansen defeated Norfolk State's Frederick Mcrae, 6-1, 6-4. Karman defeated CNU's Eddy Hansen in straight-sets as well, 6-3, 7-5.
 
Freshmen Raz Katz and Bryan Volk picked up consolation wins on Saturday. Katz downed Lucas Beasley, 6-4, 6-4, while Volk topped Robert Wagner, 6-3, 7-5.
