A Look at the Tribe
W&M is off to a 1-2 start this season with a win against Old Dominion and setbacks to George Mason and No. 18 Richmond.
Kate Draddy currently leads the team in points (9), goals (4) and assists (5), whiles she has also recorded a team-high 10 draw controls.
Sydney Witwer and
Finley Hoffman have also come up big offensively with four goals apiece.
Ainsley Huizenga has totaled nine draw controls.
Scouting GW
GW enters the weekend with a 1-3 record and has lost its last three contests after opening the season with a win versus Howard. Everly Kessler leads the team with 12 points (8g, 4a), while Phoebe Mullarkey has totaled eight points (7g, 1a). Haley Bolton and Parker Cranz have performed well on the draw circle with 16 and eight draw controls, respectively.

W&M-GW All-Time Series
W&M and GW will meet for just the seventh time, as the Tribe currently owns a 4-2 edge in the all-time series. All six of the previous contests have been close, as neither team has won by a margin of more than four goals.
Last Meeting vs. GW
W&M concluded its 2023 non-conference slate with an exciting 10-9 comeback victory against George Washington at Martin Family Stadium. After trailing by as many as five in the second quarter, W&M held the Revolutionaries scoreless during the entire second half to secure the triumph. Goalie

One of the most successful goalies in school history,
Elise Palmer is ranked seventh in school history in career saves (324). She needs 62 more saves to pass Carlen Sellers for sixth on the all-time list.
Caroline Hertzberg currently ranks 10th all-time at W&M in draw controls (104), while her 51 career caused turnovers is just one shy of moving into the program's all-time top-10 list.
Courtney Vasquenza is also closing in on W&M's top-10 list for caused turnovers with 36.
