WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – William & Mary women's tennis closed out the Hall of Fame Hidden Dual in perfect fashion on Sunday afternoon at the McCormack-Nagelsen Tennis Center. The Tribe won all 13 of its matches (nine singles and four doubles) against Davidson on the day.
Over the three day event, the Tribe compiled a 29-7 record. W&M was an impressive 9-2 in doubles action and 20-5 in singles competition. Junior

Francesca Davis led the way in doubles action, going 3-0 as a pair. Junior

Parker Debnam went 2-0 in pairs action.

Mira Kernagis went a perfect 3-0 at the event to each improve to 6-0 during the fall season. Vaissaud and senior
Emma Fernald both went 2-0 in singles action, while Debnam won her lone singles contest.
Seniors
Alessandra Anghel and
Ine Stange won their second doubles match in as many days, topping Davidson's Ellie Hammond and Charlotte Calderwood, 6-4, at the top spot. Fernald and Kernagis finished the Hall of Fame Hidden Dual at 2-1 as well thanks to a 6-3 win over Bryson Langford and Ines Roti on Sunday.
Davis and Pell remained undefeated at the event with a 6-1 win over Kavya Patel and Livy Hooper. The Tribe tandem was dominant at the Hall of Fame Hidden Dual, dropping just three total games against its three wins.
Debnam and Vaissaud rounded out the doubles sweep with a 6-4 win over Alex Rodehorst and Lilly Dwyer.
Gurholt, Anghel, and Stange each picked up their fourth singles win of the fall at the top three positions. Gurholt upended Bryson Langford, 6-4, 6-1, while Anghel rallied for a three-set win over Ellie Hammond, 4-6, 6-4, 6-2. Stange won in straight sets over Ines Roti, 7-5, 6-2. All three Tribe players went 2-1 at the event.
Davis and Kernagis each won for the third-straight day for their team-leading sixth wins of the fall. Davis needed three sets, but topped Charlotte Calderwood, 6-4, 3-6, 6-2. Kernagis dropped only three games in a 6-2, 6-1 win over Alex Rodehorst.
Junior
Sia Chaudry won for the second-straight day. She dropped only four games, winning back-to-back 6-2 sets over Livy Hooper.
Fernald improved to 4-1 during the fall thanks to a 6-2, 6-3 win over Linden Patterson. Pell and Debnam picked up their first singles wins of the Hall of Fame Hidden Dual on Sunday. Pell downed Lilly Dwyer, 6-4, 6-0, while Debnam defeated Kavya Patel, 6-4, 6-2.

The Tribe travels to Charlottesville, Va., to take part in the ITA Atlantic Region Championships in two weeks. The event starts on Thursday, Oct. 17, and runs through Tuesday, Oct. 22.
