WILLIAMSBURG, Va.— William & Mary women's basketball looks to continue their historic CAA start when they visit Towson on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. The game will be broadcast on FloHoops and Monumental Sports Network for those in the D.C./Baltimore area.

A New Way to Tune In
New this year, the Tribe Sports Network will be providing free audio broadcasts of all W&M women's basketball away contests. TRIBE NOTES
• The Matchup
William & Mary tries to improve on their best start in 30 years in conference play at 4-1, taking on preseason favorite and defending CAA regular season champs, Towson. The game is at 2 p.m. Sunday on FloHoops and Monumental.
• The Opponent
Towson has had a somewhat tumultuous start to CAA play, able to snap a three-game skid with a win over Hampton on Friday to get to 2-3. The Tigers first four conference games were decided by 12 or less before blowing the Pirates out by 30.
• Last Time Out
The Tribe grabbed a thrilling OT win on Friday night over Delaware, 78-72. W&M was down by a pair at the half and trailed for most of the fourth quarter before tying things up with two minutes left. Cassidy Geddes led four Tribe players in double figures with 20, the first time the Tribe have had four double digit scorers this year. W&M outscored Delaware 11-5 in the extra session. It is the first time W&M is 4-1 in CAA play since the 1993-94 season.
•Road Warriors
The Tribe made some history last Sunday at Elon. With the win, W&M went to 3-0 on the road in conference play, the first time the Tribe have won their first three league road games in program history. They currently sit at 6-2 away from Williamsburg, tying their best road start since 2019-20.
• Workin' Overtime
The overtime win on Friday over Delaware brought pushed William & Mary's OT record to a perfect 5-0 all-time under Erin Dickerson Davis. Friday's game was the Tribe's first OT action of the year, as W&M won all four of their overtime games last campaign in Davis' first season.
• Locking it Down on D
William & Mary's defense has been key in their four CAA wins. The Tribe held their opening weekend opponents to 4-of-29 shooting in the fourth frame with Hofstra held scoreless over the final 3:04 and Monmouth the final 4:24 of regulation. Elon's 43 points last Sunday were the least allowed by W&M so far this season, and despite Delaware scoring 72 points Friday, the Tribe held them to just 1-of-9 shooting and five points in OT.
•Career-High Cauley
Anahi-Lee Cauley earned the first start of her college career at Monmouth, and to say she made the most of it is an understatement. Cauley shattered her previous career-high of 11, pouring in 22 on the Hawks. The Villanova transfer also set career-highs in field goals made (9), field goals attempted (14) and free throws attempted (5). She tied her career-mark in makes from the line with four. Cauley followed that up with a career high three blocks at Hofstra. She didn't stop there though, tying her career high in assists with four vs. Elon.
• Seeing Double
Alexa Mikeska and Nylah Young left their finger, prints all over the game on Friday, each earning double-doubles with 10 points and 10 boards and 11 and 10 respectively. It was the first time W&M had two players with double-doubles since Nyla Pollard and Victoria Reynolds did it on 11/27/18. As a guard Mikeska has been on a tear on the glass, grabbing 9+ rebounds in three of the last four.
• Nothin' But NET
The Tribe currently holds the second best NET rating in the CAA. Sitting at 160 as of Saturday, it is the Tribe's highest rating in the NET since the end of the 2019-20 season when they were 119.
• Boards & Buckets for Bella
Despite only playing a season-low 19 minutes due to illness on Friday, Bella Nascimento had a career afternoon last Sunday at Elon with 21 points and a career-high 10 rebounds for her first career double-double. Nascimento shattered her previous career-high in boards which was six. The 21 points marked her fourth 20+ point performance of the year and eighth of her career.
• Protecting the Rock
W&M has won the turnover battle in seven of the last eight games and have a 7-3 record when doing so this season.
• Glass Cleaners
The Tribe hit the glass hard in the OT vs. Delaware on Friday, grabbing a season-high 50 rebounds leading to a season's best +13 margin on the boards. It was the first time W&M snagged 50 rebounds since Nov. 2018.
• Not Bad, Rook
Freshman guard Cassidy Geddes has impressed all year long but turned in her best game of the season on Friday night, scoring a career-high 20 points with seven boards, also a career-high. Geddes has scored in double figures five times so far in her freshman campaign.
