RICHMOND, Va. — William & Mary women's basketball learned its complete Coastal Athletic Association schedule for the 2026-27 season as the league announced the conference slate on Thursday.
The Tribe opens league play on New Year's Day, Jan. 1, by hosting Campbell inside Kaplan Arena before welcoming Charleston on Jan. 10 in its first conference matchup against the defending CAA champions. William & Mary's nine-game home conference schedule also features Hampton, Hofstra, Elon, North Carolina A&T, Northeastern, UNCW and Towson.
William & Mary will begin conference road play at Elon on Jan. 8 before making trips to UNCW, Campbell, Hampton, Towson, Drexel, North Carolina A&T, Monmouth and Stony Brook during the regular season.
The Tribe's 18-game conference slate includes home-and-home series against Campbell, Elon, Hampton, North Carolina A&T, UNCW and Towson after those opponents were announced by the conference in May. William & Mary will also host Charleston, Hofstra and Northeastern while traveling to face Drexel, Monmouth and Stony Brook.
William & Mary finished 17-14 overall and advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2026 CAA Women's Basketball Championship last season. Among the highlights was a 61-58 victory over North Carolina A&T in the tournament's second round.
Conference games will primarily be played in a Friday/Sunday format throughout the regular season before concluding with a Thursday/Saturday schedule during the final week. All conference games will be streamed on FloCollege, with select contests also available through local television partners.
The 2027 CAA Women's Basketball Championship is scheduled for March 10-14 at CareFirst Arena in Washington, D.C., with all 13 conference teams qualifying for the tournament.
