WILLIAMSBURG, Va.—The William & Mary men's soccer team (1-4-1) continues their three game homestand, welcoming Northeastern on Saturday and High Point on Tuesday. Kickoff times are set for 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. respectively at Martin Family Stadium.
The meeting with the Huskies is W&M's CAA home opener, while Tuesday's game is a non-conference matchup.

TRIBE NOTES
Last Time Out:
The Tribe dropped a non-conference match against in-state rival Old Dominion on Tuesday. The Tribe dominated the shot total 17-6 but were unable to score. The Monarchs found the back of the net in the 36
thminute of the 1-0 game.
All Good Things Must Come to an End:
ODU's clean sheet against W&M on Tuesday was the first time this year the Tribe have been shutout. Despite being stymied offensively against the Monarchs, the Green and Gold have shown a solid attack through six games. The Tribe ranks in the top five in the CAA in shots on goal per game (5.83), shots per game (12.3) and shot accuracy (47.3%).
Series History:
The Tribe and the Huskies will meet for the 20
th time on Saturday. The Tribe leads the all-time series, which dates to 2005, 9-5-5. This upcoming match will be the 10
th matchup in Williamsburg where the Tribe holds a commanding 5-1-3 lead. Northeastern has won the last two meetings by a score of 2-1. Neither team has ever won three straight matches in the series.
W&M and High Point will meet on Tuesday for the first time since 2019, and the first time in Williamsburg since 2010. The all-time series between the two sides is at 2-2, with the home team taking every meeting. The Tribe's first ever match against the Panthers came in 2001 at home.
Scouting the Huskies:
Northeastern enters Saturday's matchup at 3-1-2 and tied for the early lead in the CAA standings with four points. The Huskies are coming off a 4-0 win at Harvard on Tuesday. Their two conference matches this year include a win at UNCW and a tie at home against Charleston. Fraser Brown has four goals on the season, while Federico Tellez is the top table-setter in the conference this season with six assists for the Huskies.
Scouting the Panthers:
High Point, members of the Big South conference, are fresh off playing another CAA school in Elon, drawing them at home 2-2. The Panthers are 1-1-2 on the year with a win against Evansville. Their lone loss is a 2-1 decision against No. 2 Marshall. The Panthers take on UNC Greensboro at home Saturday before coming to Williamsburg. Finn McRobb and Tony Pineda have combined for four of the Panthers six goals this year.
