 The Tribe added a trio of graduate transfers in Alexandre Leblanc (Kentucky), Konstantinos Raptis (Radford) and Satchel Benn (Nevada) as well as pair of incoming freshmen in Oliver Hague (Manchester, England) and Nikita Bortnichek (Doha, Qatar).

Men's Tennis Adds Five for 2023-24 Season

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – William & Mary head men's tennis coach Jeff Kader announced the addition of five student-athletes to the Tribe roster for the 2023-24 season. The Tribe welcomes a trio of graduate transfers in Alexandre Leblanc (Kentucky), Konstantinos Raptis (Radford) and Satchel Benn (Nevada) as well as pair of incoming freshmen in Oliver Hague (Manchester, England) and Nikita Bortnichek (Doha, Qatar).
 
Here are the Tribe's additions:
 
Satchel Benn (Wellington, New Zealand / Nevada)
An All-Mountain West doubles selection in 2022 … Helped lead Nevada to the Mountain West regular-season and tournament championships in 2022 … Clinched Nevada's 4-3 win over New Mexico in the 2022 Mountain West Tournament Championship with a come-from-behind three-set win at No. 4 … Posted 35 singles wins and 35 doubles wins in his collegiate career.
 
Nikita Bortnichek (Doha, Qatar)
Won the Qatar Men Singles and Doubles championships … Ranked in the top-20 U16 in Russia …  Won the ITF Junior Doubles title at the J5 Amman event in Jordan in June of 2022 … An ITF Junior Doubles Finalist at the J5 Islamabad in February of 2022 … Competed in ITF World Tennis Tour events in 2022 and 2023 … Born in Moscow, Russia and moved to Doha, Qatar in 2019.
 
Oliver Hague (Manchester, England)
Earned a career-high ITF combined ranking of No. 339 … Won five ITF doubles titles (J4 Loughborough, J4 Kaarina, J4 Larnaca, J5 Dublin, J4 Vierumaki) … Was a U16 national semifinalist in doubles … Won a national club championship with Bolton Arena … Won the Division 2 county cup with U18 and the men's team for Cheshire.
 
Alexandre Leblanc (Montreal, Canada / Académie les Estacades / Kentucky)
Helped Kentucky to a National Runner-up finish in 2022 and a quarterfinal appearance in 2023 … Kentucky won the SEC in 2023 … Played in the Wildcats' doubles lineup during the 2022 NCAA Tournament run … Tallied 24 career singles wins and 48 doubles victories at UK … Earned national singles rankings in 2020 and 2021, coming in as high as No. 52.
 
Konstantinos Raptis (Athens, Greece / Radford)
A two-time All-Big South First Team performer in doubles … Twice named to the All-Big South Second Team in singles … Helped lead Radford to the Big South Championship in 2022 … Broke the Radford school record for most single-season doubles wins with 20 wins in 2022 … Posted a 44-22 dual-match singles record in four seasons with the Highlanders.
