WILLIAMSBURG, VA. - Coming off a top-15 win over Campbell on Tuesday night, William & Mary baseball will welcome St. John's to Williamsburg for a non-conference series beginning Friday night at Plumeri Park. Game times are set for 6:00 p.m. Friday, 4:00 p.m. Saturday, and 1:00 p.m. Sunday and all will be broadcast on Flobaseball.tv.

The Tribe is 15-11 and has won four of the last five and seven of the last 10. The team has protected Plumeri Park with an 11-5 mark at home. The Red Storm is 16-7 overall after defeating Fairfield on Tuesday afternoon. It will mark the second time the two teams have met, as William & Mary took a neutral site win in 2002.
St. John's comes into the weekend with a team batting average of .311, ranking 27th in the nation. William & Mary's stingy pitching ranks 12th in ERA and 13th in hits per nine innings. The Tribe also ranks 21st in the nation in WHIP with
Rojo Prarie and
Cory Wall both allowing under one runner per inning.
The Tribe's pitching has been phenomenal all year, particularly in the past two games. The Tribe has allowed just three runs on eight hits with 17 strikeouts and six walks over the past two outings. William & Mary leads the CAA in ERA, batting average against, strikeouts, and has given up the fewest extra-base hits.

Max Winters' clutch two-run single was the difference in the Tribe's win on Tuesday night. The catcher has been one of the most productive bats in the lineup all year and has knocked in at least one run in four straight games. Winters leads all William & Mary players with seven multi-RBI games.
Lucas Carmichael has been a dynamic bat at the top of the order and is riding a seven-game hitting streak entering the weekend. Over the past five games, Carmichael is hitting .410 with four doubles. He has scored and driven in a run in each of the Tribe's last five contests.
