Harrison Brown was named the Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Week, the league announced on Wednesday.
It marks the third time over the last four weeks that a Tribe athlete was recognized.
George Davis was named the CAA Player of the Week on Feb. 9, while he and Brown took home the doubles team of the week accolade on Feb. 16.
Last week, Brown went 2-0 at No. 2 singles and 1-0 at No. 1 doubles in helping the Tribe to wins over James Madison and Brown. He won in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2, over JMU's William Karpinski to increase the Tribe's lead to 3-0 over the visiting Dukes. Brown also teamed with Davis to win at No. 1 doubles against James Madison.
On Sunday, Brown clinched the Tribe's 4-1 win over Brown with a 6-3, 7-5 victory over Roger Chou. He is 6-3 in dual-match play, 13-4 overall and has won three matches in a row.
Riding a three-match win streak, the Tribe returns to action with two home matches next week. W&M welcomes Navy on Saturday, March 12, before hosting Temple on Sunday, March 13.
